Embodied Presence Series
“In the coming months I will be offering a new program series, “Embodied Presence”, focusing on personal discovery, embodied presence, and heart/mind growth.
We’ll create and inhabit a “Holding Environment” of Body/Breath, Heart/Mind.
We’ll draw on Mindful Awareness training and Compassion practices, integrating them with experiential investigation, sociometry and dyad and group sharing.
We’ll learn from guided meditations, including the “Benefactor” practice the “Natural Refuge Tree” and the “Handshake” practice.
Done with a light, playful touch, all levels of experience are welcome.
There will be ‘time-limited’ weekly group meetings as well as ‘drop-in’ Sunday afternoon meetings. I hope you’ll join me.”
